We are currently servicing Assumption and parts of Lafourche for free. Other nearby areas such as Ascension, St. Mary and Terrebonne Parishes maybe delivered to with an additional delivery fee depending on your location.

We need at least 48 hours advance notice on an order for standard message. 

We are here to meet the needs of your occasion. Make sure to let us know on your order under special instructions that you need a different time and we will work to accommodate it.

No. Our signs are set up and taken down in a specific way to avoid damage to the signs and ensure you receive the best possible experience. Please remember not to touch, remove or play around signs.  Should you want your sign removed early, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If there is damage to the Magical Messages Yard Signs, the homeowner is responsible.

Louisiana weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your design. We will not setup during inclement weather (lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, snow, high winds). We will attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

No. This is a rental.

Magical Messages are set up the evening before the reservation date so that they can be enjoyed throughout the daytime hours. They are picked up on the evening of the reservation date. We do offer additional days depending on sign availability. 

After submitting your booking request, we will contact you to discuss color options and themes. After we chat, you will receive an invoice via email and payment in full is required within 24 hours of receipt to secure your date.
