Policies & Agreement

You will receive an email 24 hours after confirmation and payment will be due upon receipt.

Paypal, Cash App and Zelle are accepted.

Birthday surprises are typically set up the evening before.

Morning/daytime set-ups are ONLY available on the weekends.

*Please mow and water your lawn before delivery and set-up.

If you must cancel your reservation, 

48 hours notice is required for a full refund.  If you cancel 24 hours prior to setup, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your package price as a refund or you may leave the full package price as a credit for a future date 

(based on availability). 

A full refund will be issued in the event of inclement weather.

Inclement weather includes:  lightening, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, high winds. 

Refunds will NOT be provided based on the following:

1. If homeowner or business requests signs be removed.
2. If wrong address is provided while booking.
3. Any circumstance that prevents us from setting up the display, that is out of our control (pets/animals, ant beds, trees, rocks, gates and/or gate access).  We will make every attempt to contact you.  If we are unable to reach you, a refund will not be issued. If we have to make a second attempt to deliver there will be an extra $30 fee. 

• No profanity or perceived offensive language.
• For the safety of everyone, please do not touch or play around the display. Displays are not strong enough to support any weight.  
• Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS! 
• Please DO NOT MOVE SIGNS FOR ANY REASON! 
• Make sure someone in your household is aware that we will be on the property.
• It is your responsibility to verify with HOA before delivery.

• By accepting the terms of the agreement, Client agrees to pay a fee of $25-$50 (depending on item) for damaged or missing yard displays. 

Magical Messages, LLC. or any representative is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that is caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
